To preserve and enhance the aromas of our coffee, we use our patented pressurized cans. Developed by illy in 1934, pressurization is a preservation system where the air in the tin is replaced by an inert gas at a pressure higher than atmospheric pressure. This not only maintains the freshness of our coffee but also enhances its aroma.
